i had the same problem if u look in the back of your washer there should be a small enough hole for a little hand to fit in it has a clear tube connected to the tub that is also connected to the size knob uptop well be hind... that is what happened to mine it fell off but there is anouther problem the reason it fell of is because of somthin to do with the way it stops spinning it jars the tube loose from the tub so everytime i wash i have to replace the tube in the back of the washer until i figure out what is goin on now.. hope that helps
