Sagging Exterior Wooden Shutters

My home is a lovely brick colonial aprox. 60 yrs old. The real-working, exterior wooden louvre shutters are beginning to sag. They appear crooked. How can we fix this. I've looked everywhere for an answer and have had no luck so far. Thanks.
