I've been to tool-mall several times. The BBB link and the actual VeriSign security on their site made it a little easier to click the "Checkout" button. The stuff showed up without incident and is working as well as (in some cases BETTER!) the rest of the gear in my garage!
Not sure about the other site you listed. Have not been there, but the BBB logo is a good sign.
