light bulbs for oakley series fan

I purchased a Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan atHome Depot the other day. After installing it, I found that no matter where you look, you cannot purchase a replacement bulb. This fan has 40 watt medium base bulbs, the type of base that is found on 25 watt high intensity bulbs. NO-ONE sells the bulbs to fit this, not Home Depot, nor Menards, nor Lowes, nor Walmart. What kind of crap are you selling where I cannot buy a stupid light bulb to replace. I guess that when a bulb burns out, I will deliver the whole unit to Home Depot and get a new fan----VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
