I currently have a rolled asphalt roof which seems to leak in a different spot each time I repair it. I was thinking about installing a rubber roof instead. My question is, can i put it right over top of the rolled shingles or would i have to tear off the old roof? Also, if I can put it on top of the old roof, is there anything different or special i have to do when installing?
