small black ants

please help me figure out why i have so many ants inside and outside my home!!! the are all over my house, they are coming out of the walls, i noticed they are coming out of the brick outside of house My house is half brick, half siding. They are everywhere!! They aren't just coming for the crumbs anymore, they are just nesting inside of the walls of my home. I have tryed every type of trap every type of spray, I've had pest conrol come and spray!! Ive only owned the house for 3 years, and every year I get them! this year i'ts the worst.
