Toilet flushing

Fill a bucket with about 2-3 gallons of water and dump it in the bowl.

If that flushes correctly then it is not a drain problem.

Then look at the tank. Is the flapper opening all the way? And does it stay open until the tank is almost empty? If not you need to adjust the link to the flapper.

If the flapper is working and the water level is correct then check for the holes in the rim and the sphyon jet (if there is one) open and working?
