My parents have infloor heating and ceramic tile throughout the house. Their three bedrooms have rug. The house is 3 yrs old and now the bedrooms are starting to smell of mildew. Is this common with infloor heating? Anyone else have a problem with this? Should there have been only ceramic tile or hardwood with this type of heat? What went wrong? Anyone out there with a similar problem and can explain this... will appreciate it.
