Advice, please

Howdy, Just finished putting up green board in remodelled bath. Tub is in a corner, with a free-standing wall at the other
end (right-handed tub). Walls around tub are covered with Durock, to include the tub side of the free standing wall.
The end, top, and other side are covered with green board. My question is, how to finish the outside corners at the top
and end? Metal corner bead, or fiberglass mesh tape? I hope I've stated the situation properly/understandibly, as well as
