wood tile floor

I would grreatly appreciate help with a recent show I saw where Bob told about wood tile put down like ceramic. I need to know what you glue the tiles down with and the how you mix the grout. I know one ingredient is saw dust, but I don't know what you mix with it.
Thanks so much. I am planning on putting this down in my kitchen. I also need to know if you seal it with anything.
