3 10 Insulated Foam

I saw Home Again today (3-15-98). They were pouring concrete into foam panels, steel reinforced.
They also said in the south it gave an R-50 and in
the north R-30. The product was marked as
3 10 Insulated Foam. Where can I find this company???? Any help is appreciated
