I am in the process of finishing a humid (3 side underground) basement and want to use a mold resistant drywall at least on the underground walls . I have seen the ads paperless GP Densarmor Plus (paperless - untreated ?) product and for the USG Humitek paper covered treated product . Which is better and is there anything else ?

Also , is it better from a mold prevention standpoint to insulate or not insulate behind the walls that are adjacent to the underground foundation
walls ?

The foundation walls are poured concrete . Would it be worthwhile to paint them with Drylock or similar product to act as a vapor barrier before I cover them ?

Thanks
