I am not familar with the two type of DW products. But I am bidding a small repair job with DensArmour Plus now.

But the walls should be insulated and have a vapor retarder system.

There are many problems with fiberglass insulation and/or plastic sheeting. Mositure problems in a basement can come from either direction and you can end up with water trapped in the walls.

The best system is to use faom sheets sealed in place against the concrete wall.
