Building with these ICF's give the homeowner many COST saving advantages as compared to conventional stick building. You can build for comparible costs, but, you will have energy savings of up to 75-80%. Which breaks down to money in your pocket. There are energy efficient loans avaible through many national financial institutions which these houses qualify for without any modifications as a stick frame would need.
