cinder block structure repair

need to make repairs to cracks in the morter (not the actual blocks) in a building that is made of cinder blocks. the building has had the foundation repaired by professionals and it has been 6 months since then. I just would like to know if you could possibly fill those deep cracks in the morter with another kind of material like that spray foam say 3/4 full and then the morter on the remaining 1/4??
cracks are on the inside and outside. If not, please give any kind of input that may be helpful. Thank you all
