If their finish is damaged, the usual course of action would be to replace them. You can read how to go about getting replacement parts for your appliances in the 'Repair Parts' section of my web site linked below.

If they are just dirty, the cleaner at the following link can usually be used on gas burner caps as well as ob the cooking grates of a gas stove or cooktop.
