I have a detached (2) car, hip-roofed garage that is leaning slightly to the right. By putting a 4 foot level against the sidewall I can see that the top is out about 2" in that 4' span.
To the best of my knowledge, the building has been at this angle since 1984, when the previous homeowner installed a new garage door in a square frame (he left the building in its leaning state)
My question is "What is the best way to bring this building back into plumb?" Any suggestions?
