Removing Jalousie windows from trailer

I recently acquired a 1989 travel trailer and find that about 1/3 of the jalousie windows have cranks that appear to be stripped. I've removed the screws from the crank side and can't fingure out how to remove the bar from the crank to be able to get the crank out to replace it. I want to take one with me to be sure I get the right ones! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
