Leveling floor

I am remodeling my bathroom and plan to put in a 2 part shower kit. When checking the levelness of the floor (1/2 in. plywood covered by 3/4 in. plywood) I found that the floor was not level. It sloped at 1/2 in. per 3 ft. I would like to level the floor in the shower area only and without lifting the floor. Is that possible, and if so how can it be done? Was this post helpful?
