I'm afraid that vague product description does not help to identify which machine design you're dealing with. What is needed is the brand name and its exact model number.
You can find tips for locating the model number identification tag on your appliances in the 'Repair Parts' section of my web site linked below.

At any/every point in the cycle or at one specific point??
Please provide more details so we can try to suggest the problem cause as well is as possible without actually testing the machine ourselves.
