Front door big gap at the bottom

I live in a tropical country, Philippines when it's summer here my front door is loose when the rainy season arrives it's very hard to close because it's too tight. When I was still in the US I ordered a pella door from home depot to replace my old door, it looks like the door comes with complete new casing I don't know if this is the correct word. I noticed that whether it's winter or summer there's no gap in between around the frame of the door. Please tell of a company that deal with that in our country. Thank you so much.
