Stripping Paint

I went through a similar issue. I tried a number of things (chemical strippers, grinding tools, etc.). Ultimately, the only way to get down to the concrete is with a sandblaster. It is messy, but it works (fast, too). Once you get down to the bare concrete, you can apply a good-quality concrete paint or protector. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
