I recently purchased a house that has over 30 fix pane aluminum windows. My question is do I need to use silcone chaulk to see the corners of these windows. The house is in California and due to earth quakes I wonder if these windows require any additional resealing over time?? Also what does it mean when it rains and water is entering the house on the top inside of the window?? Does this mean there is a roof problem?? Please advise anyone?? Thanks.
