About the only thing that is different between an Owens-Corning system and a typical basement finishing practice is that once the framing and wiring and plumbing has been done, the high density fiberglass walls of the OC system serve as insulation and finished wall surface.

You need to install their moldings, and O-C makes an optional vinyl interlocking floor tile.

So the only steps you are saving with the O-C system compared to a regular basement remodel is hanging insulation, hanging and finishing drywall, and painting.

Although an O-C system requires less in labor, it is somewhat higher in material cost...so overall the time and price works out about the same.
