How do you know that the air is "unsafe" now? What are the problems are symptoms?
The house is about a year old. We had an energy audit performed. Right now we are ok because our house is not sealed properly, windows are not sealed per manufacturer's installation instructions and the ductwork is not sealed. This is going to change beccause our builder is being ordered by the code authority to bring our house to code. We are in Nebraska.on?
