I'm afraid that is not enough information to identify the appliance in question. What is needed is its exact model number ("80 Series" isn't it).

** When I try to start a wash, [it won't fill]. Instead the agitator start to turn as [if] it was washing. **

The machine should NOT usually go into agitation until it has filled to the correct level. It is the water level control (aka WLC) that controls that. You can read about how they work at the following link:
