Here is a decent article on how to do this (link below). The wooden edge can look OK but my taste likes the pre-formed counter edge tiles that you should be able to find where you buy your tile. I bought mine inexpensively at home depot and the type of tile I bought had these counter edge pieces ready to go. Only do this if your laminate is not loose in any way.
