Toilet problem.

Hi, Brianna, it sounds like you have a blockage some where in the pipe,
and the water is not getting away fast to get any solids to move with it
you will have to go out side and look for a manhole cover ( near the
toilet) lift it up, and see what there is there, you can then get some
rods,and try to clear the blockage from that end,
and keep flushing the toilet, this will help to move any blockage that
is there,( it that dont work, then call a plumber )
