Hi, Jackie. Bleach is not like dirt or stains. Dirt sits on and in the carpet fibers. Many stains can be removed with the right solvent. Bleach removes the color from the fibers. Dyeing carpet in small spots is almost impossible to do since you can't match the dyes that were used in large dyeing vats or are actually in the fibers. They best that you would do by trying to dye it yourself is to make bigger spots of different colors.
You will have to call a carpet pro. They might be able to work on the bleach spots but probably they will have to cut out sections of your carpet and replace them with the leftover trim pieces that were saved when your carpet was laid originally. You did save those leftover pieces, didn't you?
