Go to Wal-Mart, they have paint stripper in their paint department. It's called Klean Strip Stripper and it comes in a can with a white lid and the can is red. It says... Fast, Strong, Paste. I would recommend buying a hard bristle tooth brush possibly two. Also cloths to wipe the paint away. Good luck.
