I am trying to replace wood soffit with vinyl. House was built in the 50's. Think I have all the pieces including F channel. However, the open area is only 5 inches from front to back. No way to get a hammer in there to attach channel.
Other ways that channel can be attached?? Don't think a nailer or stapler is gonna fit up there either.
