Cement bathroom

I'm renovatig my aprtment bathroom. The whole bathroom tiles will be striped off and cement. These includes the floor.
I would like to know if you can help me to identified what type of paint (no colour/clear) I can use. I have seen in some places they painted a clear thin of paint on it, like enamel paint.
