Armstrong Furnance - Honeywell Tstat problem

I recently installed an older Honeywell T8600D Chrono III T-stat on my Armstrong Ultra SX 80 (Honeywell board) furnace. The draft fan now runs all of the time, even if the t-stat is switched off or the programming unit removed from the base.
All other functions are working properly.
I've made connections per instructions to auto-switch between heat and cool. Anyone know if there is a setting on the furnance control board to change up the draft fan trigger? Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
