1) Why do you want to restucco? (What do you have now and what do you want?) 2) How many squares are we talking about? (i.e., sq. ft., and what did you get for estimates?) 3) What state do you live in? 4) Why don't you want to simply clean off the 'old stucco' so you can just repaint?
