The pavers or thin brick are about a 1/2 inch thick. You could find a transition for this. Try the tile distributers.
Bill's right. Most thinbrick is way too rough and porous for an interior use. Quarry tile would be a much better choice. I've seen them as 4x4,6x6,8x8,12x12. I've also installed a 4x8 quarry tile that looked like brick with a quarry tile finish but I don't remember the manufacturer. Ask the salespeople at the distributer about this. I'm sure they could find you one.
