basement rough in

i'm planning to install a toilet and vanity in my basement, it has been roughed in, there is a pipe coming out of the basement floor, this is a 4" pvc pipe, how do i install a seward ejector pump to this and the toilet, do i need an up-flush toilet or will standard toilet work,
