Crawlspace insulation

Sounds like you have a mixture several different systems and they are figthing each other rather than helping.

Do a google on Seal Crawlspace and Conditioned Crawlspace.

Basically you want to put plastic over the crawlspacel floor. Even "dry" earth will release lots and lots of moisture.

Insulation the inside walls of the crawlspace. And close the outside vents.

During the summer they allow hot moist air in to the realatively cool area where the RH can go way up and even condense.

And get rid of the insulation on the bottom of the floor.

Another option is to just spray floam to bottom of the floor insulating and isolating ti from the the crawlspace enviroment.
