Hello all. I am in a home built in the late 40's. I am in the process of refinishing my kitchen. I have 3 door ways going into my kitchen and only 1 switch for my fixture. I want to add a switch at each doorway (2 additional switches). I understand that I need to have a 3-way switch where the existing switch is now, then a 4-way switch with another 3-way switch at the end of the line. My question is regarding the wire I have to use. Can I use 14-2 wire with a ground to do all of this wiring or do I need to run 14-3 w/ground for these switches? Your help is greatly appreciated. I have been to Lowes and the electrical department could not help me. Between the 2 people that worked there, they gave me different answers.

Thanks in advance.
