You could also use a wireless setup from www.RunLessWire.com or adhocelectronics.com We use EnOcean Enabled wireless switches that could have your 4 way switch installed in about 15 minutes. You could install the receiver in the fixture and the 3 wireless, battery free switches anywhere you wish (within the kitchen) and you will have it done in no time.
