Alrighty I figured out whats going on, I had another mutliwire circuit mysteryously disappearing in the wall, thought that was the one supplying power, turns out that was just put there for a 3 way switch or something, disconnected it from the circuit. Now I have to do a lot of grounding in the outlets, about 6 of them. The only thing is; my meter isn't grounded (except for the Neutral going through it) the only place that is grounded is in the breaker box with some chincy small wire goin to the pipes. Is this code since there isn't a seperate disconnect? And there isn't any ground rods any where. I have no problem driving one in though. What you do? Oh and thank god I hired that electrical inspector!Hah!
