Sewer Flies Problem

We live in Chicago in the Wrigley Ville area. Our house is twenty years old. Have had some trouble with sewer fliesin the last eight to ten years. Just replaced the sewage cover by the pump and the sewer flies seem to be alive in greater force.

Any suggestions other than bleach to get rid of these nasty dirty sewer flies?
