I live in a 1920's Italianate home, that has historical significance in our little town. It has four wooden Tuscan pillars on the portico. I wish to make a number or concrete copies of them for a gazebo and pergola. I want to build a wooden form around one of the pillars and then fill the space with a ligh-weight foam so that I can create a mold that can be handled by one person. I want to have it capable of producing about 20 copies so it need to have some durability. I need it to not be so sticky that it adheres to the original pillar. Since I live in Florida, concrete pillars would be much more impervious to rot and termites than wood. One of the pillars currently has carpenter ants in it. I am sure that there must be a way to do this, but I am not familiar enough with materials on the market.
