** washer was on a wash cycles and then it stop it would not move **

What would "stop" the whole machine? just the timer?

At what *exact* point in the cycle would it "stop", in the middle of a wash, at the end of a wash just before drain/spin??

** it will spin all the water out the washer **

As I stated previously, a washer doesn't "spin" the water out, it drains by means of a pump. The draining and spinning are two separate functions. Is it doing both??

** the washer will not operator on the wash cycle at all. **

Does the timer stop advancing too or are you saying it just doesn't agitate??

We'll need a more thorough description of what is or is not occurring and exactly when, before we can suggest possible cause(s).
