take out the clothes and see if it is an overloading issue. if that don't work then it is the drive belt that is either off, broken, or loose. to get at the belt you will need to take the back cover off. should be 8-10 hex head screws. if the belt is the problem then you need to replace it. you can pick one up from an appliance store or on kenmore's website
