bidding on neew construction cleans

I have done alot of cleaning in my time with others companies and on my own it seems to be the one thing that i go back to...so here we go again but with a spin....I am trying to bid on new construction cleans of all types and the way I have found is by square foot..now if anyone out there can suggest something better please tell me
I hail from Pa. and here that is how they are priced...good luck getting how much a square out of anyone (that is not a talked about subject) but I am going to do all by sub-contractors, so my up front cost is minimal and I can focus on the insurance and equipment I need to get started...so the game in my opinion is how low can you go? and still make some money until you get your name out there !!!!
