I have the same issue going 3 yrs. dealer out 4 times...no resolutions. my house is 7yrs old and spotless. I've cleaned the unit inside and out numberous times including swabing with denatured alcohol...ran for 12hrs straight numerous times. Can't describe the smell...no one can. Gotta to be the unit.
did you get any resolution? I want this replaced. Please respond if you get a chance. thank you
