I'm so glad this thread is here. After three or four years with no problem, I stumbled into locking my thermostat while resetting the controls. I can't believe Lux would be so cryptic about it. But maybe they are thinking of homes where the kids constantly reset the temperature, so they just don't post the unlock code on the unit.
