Well, I had Sears fix my Kenmore washing machine. The problem was that it would not spin or drain. Repairman came out and said that it actually still could drain, but it would not spin. Anyway, underneath the machine, he immediately found a broken coupler. He said they break when the machine gets overloaded too often. $20 part ended up costing $164. What a racket!
