I have a 5.0 hp 24" craftsman model 247.886640 snowblower. I snapped the auger belt last year. Sears sent me replacement belt 954-0430B. After installation I performed a test run. Within seconds the V portion of the belt was shredded. Either Sears sent the incorrect belt or the blower belt tensioner needs adjustment. Any input is appreciated.
