There are the traditional trade journals, newspaper ads and such, but these days I think the most effective and quickest results would be to list it on eBay and/or Craig's list, or other similar.
I think you will attract significant interest. Such material is a bit rare to come by, people nearly always try to retain such roofs. Its unusual to find someone downgrading.
You might work out a deal- depending on the quality of the slate, you may find someone willing to remove it and install your new roof, labor and materials complete, in exchange for your old slate. Worth a shot.
